1. General Terms

2. Account Registration
To access the full range of baj77 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and withdrawing winnings — you must create a baj77 account. Account registration is subject to the following conditions:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. baj77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

- You must not register an account on behalf of another person. Account sharing, sale, or transfer between individuals is prohibited.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: baj77 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, baj77 may require you to submit documentary evidence of your identity (government-issued photo ID), date of birth, residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash wallet registered to your national ID). Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by baj77 may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your baj77 account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your username or password with any third party. 3. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits: baj77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment instrument belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your baj77 account in real time under normal operating conditions.

- Deposited funds are credited in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). All account balances, bets, and payouts on baj77 are denominated in BDT.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand Taka). The maximum single withdrawal amount and daily withdrawal limits are displayed within your account settings and are subject to periodic review.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, baj77 will contact you to arrange an alternative method.
- For KYC-verified accounts, baj77 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for card withdrawals may extend up to 3–5 business days depending on the issuing institution.
- baj77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of security or verification checks if unusual account activity is detected.
- Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met before the portion of your balance attributable to that bonus can be withdrawn.
Currency: All transactions on baj77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the ৳ symbol. baj77 does not operate multi-currency accounts. Players depositing via international card methods (Visa, Mastercard) should be aware that their card issuer may apply a foreign currency conversion fee if the card is denominated in a currency other than BDT; baj77 accepts no liability for such fees.
4. Bonus Policy
baj77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonally relevant promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and BPL cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Failure to fulfil the wagering requirement before the bonus expiry date will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.
- Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date or activity window. Unused or unmet bonus balances that pass their expiry date are automatically removed from your account without compensation.
- Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
- One Bonus at a Time: baj77 does not permit stacking of bonuses unless explicitly stated. Only one active bonus may be held at any time. Opting into a new promotion while a bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the current bonus unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

- Promotion Modifications: baj77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a player has fulfilled the wagering requirement, the remaining bonus balance and associated wagering requirement will be removed from the account.
5. User Obligations
As a registered user of the baj77 Platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account, voiding of bets and winnings, and potential legal action where applicable.
- You must be at least 18 years of age and must not use the Platform if online gaming or sports betting is prohibited in your jurisdiction.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information at all times — during registration, during KYC verification, and in any communication with baj77 support.

- You must keep your account credentials secure and must not share access to your account with any third party.
- You must not place bets on behalf of any third party or act as an agent for any person in relation to the baj77 Platform.
- You must use the Platform's responsible gaming tools if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic. baj77 provides deposit limits, session time alerts, and self-exclusion tools accessible from Account Settings at any time.
baj77 reserves the right to monitor account activity for compliance with these obligations at any time. Where a breach is identified, baj77 may take immediate action including account suspension, withdrawal of pending payments, voiding of open or settled bets, and permanent closure of the account. baj77 will cooperate fully with law enforcement and financial crime authorities where required.
6. Account Closure
Voluntary Closure: You may close your baj77 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written request from the registered email address associated with your account. Upon receipt of a verified closure request, baj77 will process any eligible remaining balance to your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no active wagering requirements apply to the balance.
Self-Exclusion: If you are closing your account due to concerns about your gambling behaviour, baj77 strongly encourages you to use the Self-Exclusion feature rather than a standard account closure. Self-exclusion prevents re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period (minimum 1 week; maximum permanent exclusion) and provides access to responsible gaming resources. Closure by baj77: baj77 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
- The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
- False or misleading registration information has been provided.
- KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe.
- Prohibited activity (fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, money laundering) has been detected.
- The account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
- A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requires closure.
Where an account is closed by baj77 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Legitimate balances from bona fide deposits will be returned to the verified payment method on file after investigation is complete.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the baj77 Platform — including but not limited to the baj77 name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, user interface, graphics, software, game content, text, and any other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of baj77 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others) and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the baj77 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

8. Limitation of Liability
Platform Availability: baj77 operates on a best-efforts basis to maintain continuous Platform availability. However, baj77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or technical failure. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. baj77 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
Betting Errors: In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price, payout, or settlement being displayed or applied to a bet, baj77 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and reprocess the settlement at the correct price. baj77 will notify affected players and will not profit from settlement errors at the expense of players, nor will players be entitled to retain winnings resulting from a manifest error in odds or settlement.
Exclusion of Consequential Losses: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baj77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if baj77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
